How to use it
- Paste it at the start of a conversation — “Here’s my profile, keep it in mind” — then ask for restaurants, trips, gifts, movies, anything.
- Or install it permanently: ChatGPT → Settings → Personalization → Custom Instructions. Claude → a Project’s instructions. Gemini → Saved Info.
- Update it anytime. Your answers stay in this browser — come back, change a few, download the new version.
Your answers never left your browser. There is no server to send them to — this page works even offline. The file you just made is the only copy in existence, and it’s yours.
